Yes to! Vegan List!

As I embark into the land of 100% cruelty-free and vegan cosmetics, I am learning just how difficult it can be to shop for these products. No longer can you head to your local drugstore and expect to find a plethora of options for the perfect red lipstick; now you must triple-check every label and attempt to decode an ingredients list that reads more as a chemistry problem than a cosmetic.

In order to alleviate a little of the difficulty and confusion that comes along with shopping 100% cruelty-free and vegan, I have begun to contact popular brands that are 100% cruelty-free in order to get a list of their products that are also vegan. There are many great cruelty-free brands out there whose products are also mostly vegan, but sometimes it can be difficult to know for sure.

The first cruelty-free company I contacted was Yes to (also known as Yes to Carrots). They responded promptly with a comprehensive vegan list and a great attitude!

Here is my exchange with them and their current vegan list:
